However, if you wish to return an item, our return policy is outlined clearly below.


1. Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following requirements:

  • Returns may only be initiated after you have physically received the item.

  • All return shipping costs — including international fees and customs charges — are the full responsibility of the customer.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing an item is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse may be rejected.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: support@alariccynioralondon.com
    You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. After your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs, duties, taxes, or international shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
    We are not responsible for lost packages without valid tracking.


3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received at the supplier’s warehouse and inspected:

  • We will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable.

Refunds may be refused if the returned item:

  • Is not in original condition

  • Shows signs of wear or misuse

  • Arrives damaged due to improper packaging by the customer


4. Customer Responsibility & Liability

Please review the following important points:

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, all resulting delivery issues are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Lost return packages without tracking cannot be refunded.
